about me
Growing up amid constant construction, Tim’s career path was shaped at an early age. His father was a developer and custom cabinetry maker, which led him to where he is today. With a strong focus on kitchen and bath design, Tim has successfully designed trend-setting cabinetry and furniture and specializes in residential design and space planning. He is also the two-time owner of high-end design-build companies. With over 30 years of design experience, Tim’s keen eye and clean aesthetic keep him at the top of the industry.
Tim believes that architecture is paramount. Its historical importance plays a great role in his process. Tim is a detail-oriented designer with roots in Feng Shui principles. With a deep knowledge of architectural history and an appetite for clever design thinking, Tim believes that, together, history and innovation play a significant role in shaping a project. Being in a space, observing and listening to its inhabitants can greatly change the approach to designing the space, after all, the client's happiness is the main priority. While history is important, so is being informed. To stay up to date on what's trending and where the industry is headed, Tim regularly attends industry events and international trade shows. Here, conversations with colleagues and industry leaders inspire innovation and creativity in his own work. The energy to inspire is contagious, and anyone who has worked with Tim, whether it be a client or a colleague, will agree that he is a truly passionate designer.
Tim’s career path has taken him to work with international companies, collaborating with engineers to develop the form, look, and feel of new products, and designing and implementing retail showrooms. Inherent knowledge of construction practices and the need to learn, teach, and be part of the community have made him the designer he is today. Tim’s award-winning designs have been featured in shelter and trade publications.
